GHMUA for Chinese Language Education Inauguration Ceremony cum First Forum
The Faculty of Humanities (FHM) and the Department of Chinese Language Studies (CHL) of The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) hosted an inauguration ceremony today (14 September), bringing together experts and scholars in Chinese language education to witness the establishment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao University Alliance (GHMUA) for Chinese Language Education.

Welcome to the FHM family
The Faculty of Humanities (FHM) held its Faculty Assembly on 30 August, welcoming all new students to its family. Around 200 faculty members and students joined the event. Professor John Erni, the Faculty Dean, addressed participants in a video. Apart from the speeches given by the Faculty Dean and the Associate Dean (Undergraduate Studies), the Assembly featured the presentation of the Faculty Teaching Award and the Caring Teacher Commendation Scheme to outstanding academic/teaching staff members, and invited a current student from the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English Studies and Digital Communication programme to share her diverse learning experiences at EdUHK.
