Faculty of Humanities Students Win the Hong Kong Outstanding Prospective Teachers Award 2015

To recognise prospective teachers who have excellent teaching ability and a passion for education, the Hong Kong Prospective Teachers Association organised the second “Hong Kong Outstanding Prospective Teachers Award 2015”, which attracted almost a hundred applications from prospective teachers.

The selection panel members included scholars and primary and secondary school principals.  After the selection interviews, the panel shortlisted 35 prospective teachers for the Golden Award, Silver Award, Bronze Award and Merit Award.  A presentation ceremony was held on 12 April 2015.

Among the 27 awarded HKIEd students, 18 are Year 3 and 4 students from the Faculty of Humanities (FHM). The list of FHM’s awardees is as follows:
