Congratulations to Tsz-yau! Our Year 4 student of Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Chinese Language, Ms Cheung Tsz-yau, was awarded the Gold Prize at the Second Edition of the Hong Kong Outstanding Prospective Teacher Election organised by Hong Kong Prospective Teachers Association on 13 April 2015.
During the prize presentation ceremony, Tsz-yau shared how her life was devastated when she was forced to switch from her favourite Band 1 secondary school and attended a Band 3 one owing to family issues, and how she was revived by her teachers in the new school who helped her regain confidence with local and overseas robot competitions. She was thankful for her teachers’ help and encouragement which positively affected her life. She aspired to become a teacher herself so that she could also positively affect students’ life too.
