Fair Dealing
Under section 38 of the Copyright Ordinance, certain acts may be done in
relation to a work without the permission of the copyright owner,
including making a copy of the work for:

● Research
● Private study
● Criticism
● Review

Important
As at the time of writing 34, the law relating to copyright is being
substantially reviewed. As such this must be read subject to any
