The Section 24 of the DDO sets out circumstances in which it is
                          unlawful for educational establishments to discriminate against a
                          student or a prospective student with a disability.  Except where
                          there can be shown to be  unjustifiable hardship  and except in
                          relation to the paragraph1.3 below, the DDO makes it unlawful for
                          an educational establishment to discriminate against:



                          i.  an applicant with a disability by refusing or failing to accept his
                              or her application for admission as a student;
                          ii.  a person with a disability by setting less favourable terms or
                              conditions on which it is prepared to admit that person as a
                              student;
                          iii.  a student of that educational establishment by denying or
                              limiting him or her to any benefit, service or facility provided by
                              it;
                          iv.  a student with a disability by expelling him or her; or
                          v.  a student with a disability by subjecting him or her to any other
                              detriment.
