2.     Components and Organization

                                NAPs should discuss with  their SSBs/SMCs and agree
                                on the information / materials to be included in their
                                Professional Portfolios.  A suggested grouping of the
                                information is given below:

                                  1.   Introductory information (including a table of
                                       contents and an overview of the portfolio)
                                  2.   Professional information / Curriculum vitae
                                  3.   Educational vision with implementation strategy
                                  4.   Professional development targets based on the
                                       Needs Assessment
                                  5.   List of CPD activities undertaken during the year

                                  6.   Highlights of experiences for achieving the
                                       professional development target(s) with sup-
                                       porting evidence, followed by reflections and
                                       future
                                       professional development plans.
