Dr Hu Rongkun

Dr Rongkun HU graduated from Henan University with a Bachelor of
Education, from Beijing Normal University with a Master of Management, and
from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Ph.D. She is a lecturer of the
Faculty of School Leadership Training and Research at Beijing Institute of
Education in Beijing, China. Her research areas include principal leadership,
principal professional development, and educational internationalization. Now
she is also working at a primary school as an assistant principal mainly responsible
for curriculum system design and teacher professional development.
