The Departmental Research Seminar Series is a regular forum series organised by the Department of Asian and Policy Studies (APS) where academic and public sector practitioners have a dialogue with the University community and public. For this forum, Dr. Kerry Ratigan was invited on 15 March 2017 to address state-society relations in Mainland China and the impact of healthcare provisions. Dr. Kerry Ratigan is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Amherst College, a liberal arts college located Massachusetts, USA.
