Natalie (https://www.natalieevie.com/about-natalie) is the author of 求職法術：面試達人之EQ祕技 (‘Job Hunt Magic: Insider EQ Secrets to Winning Resumes and Interviews’). Her career has taken her from a career as an investment bank Executive Director to life as an Intuitive Leadership Coach and Corporate Trainer. Natalie handled recruiting at Goldman Sachs for lateral, campus and summer internship programs, and also trained Interview Skills for Interviewers.
Natalie began studying the topic of Interview Skills from the age of 12 and teaching and coaching people on her unique methods since 2001. Since then, she has read over 15,000 resumes and conducted over 1000 interviews. Objectives:
During the workshop, students will:
- learn the Keys to Successful Interviewing;
- discover the 6 categories that most Interview Questions fall into, and learn the strategy to handle each so as to be well prepared to handle any interview question;
- understand what the Interviewer expects for each part of the Interview;
- learn how to read the interviewer's mind and understand what they want and strategically craft your answers to best market yourself, your skills and experiences to potential employer;
