LIU Ziying is a doctoral student of EdUHK. Currently, she mainly focuses on the growth and development of children in immigrant backgrounds, especially the left-behind children in China. She is also keen on family research. She is a qualitative researcher exploring the use of qualitative methods such as in-depth individual interviews, textual and narrative analysis. Research Interests: Immigration and Left-behind children; Child and Family Studies
