Mr Marshall Jen is a seasoned entrepreneur and scholarly practitioner. He founded his first company during his final year as an undergraduate student and successfully exited the business before returning to Hong Kong. Upon returning to Hong Kong, he established Edlinked and FiBI Advisory and Research Institute, a family business advisory firm specializing in succession planning and family office talent development. Leveraging AI-assisted technology, FiBI's innovative approach to succession planning has also been adopted by HK4FAMILIES.
In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr Jen serves as the Executive Director of the Centre for Family Business and the Centre for Entrepreneurship at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). His work bridges academic research and practical expertise, driving impactful solutions for family businesses, family offices and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
