Registration

* Please send a proof of your valid full-time student status (e.g. student ID card or transcript that shows your name, full-time status, and valid date) to ICEF2024 Conference Secretariat at icef2024@eduhk.hk. You will be charged at regular rate if you are unable to provide the supporting documents.

NOTES:

1. All fees are in US dollars or HK dollars and non-refundable.
2. At least ONE author of the accepted paper(s) should complete the registration to ensure your paper(s) can be included in programme handbook. One author can register for at most  THREE papers.
3. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
4. The registration fee includes publication fee of all accepted papers in ISSN-coded congress proceedings (online version) as appropriate. Luncheons and meals are NOT included. Light refreshment is provided at tea/coffee break. Participants are welcome to join the Networking Dinner through prior registration (HKD600/USD80).
5. Onsite registration is not accepted.
