Submission Guidelines

Call for Paper

• ICEF 2024 calls for abstract or full paper. Please submit your manuscripts for one of the following strands.
  • International, Regional and National Co-operation for Educational Development and Innovation
  • Metaverse, AI and STEAM Education
  • New Humanities Education
  • Values Education, Teacher Conduct and Well-being
  • Educational Leadership and Curriculum Development for the Future
• Please submit your manuscript via EasyChair for ICEF2024 as a single PDF file.

Submission

• Please visit EasyChair: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icef2024
• To standardise the information, please input author’s information and submission details on EasyChair in ENGLISH. ICEF 2024 uses double-blind review. Please do NOT include author information in your submission file.
• Submissions must not be published previously. All the submissions will be double-blind peer-reviewed. The review will focus on whether the work is original and is of good quality. Authors are invited to sign and return the copyright agreement when their papers are accepted.

Format

• Paper language: English or Chinese
• Paper length (including references):
  • Abstract: 200-250 words (English), 300-400 words (Chinese). Please download the abstract guidelines and templates for your reference and use. [Chinese][English])
  • Full paper (4 to 6 pages, including references): Please download the full paper guidelines and templates for your reference and use. [Chinese][English]. For Chinese Full Paper, please also include English title and English abstract.

Important Notes

• Before submitting your paper, please give your paper a final read-through to ensure it fulfills the format and paper-length required by ICEF2024.
• ICEF 2024 uses double-blind review. The authors’ information has to be blinded in the title, the contents and the references. If the paper is accepted, you will be invited to submit the camera-ready version of the paper with the author information displayed.

How to use EasyChair to submit an article

•  (1) Registration
  Visit EasyChair (https://easychair.org/) to sign up for an account if you do not have one. Enter your First Name, Last Name and Your Email, EasyChair will send you a confirmation mail. (Please use the email that the PC chair use to contact with you, if you are a PC member) Receive the mail in your mailbox for a link to edit your account (user name and password). Remember the user name and password you set, you will use the user name / password to log in. Login EasyChair (https://easychair.org/)

• (2) Submit an article
  Click [New Submission], choose the sub-conference/ strand.
  Enter the information of your article, click [Submit], EasyChair will send you a confirmation mail.

• (3) Update the information of article
  Click [My Submissions]->Choose the article->Click[Update information] to modify [Title], [Abstract], [Category] or [Keywords]->Click [Change Information]

• (4) My Submission

Click [My Submissions], you can see all your articles.
