Please be informed that due to the renovation of Lecture Theatre (Room 105), existing office of OCIO will be affected.  Thus, the upper floor of Floating Staff Room (Room 108) at TKOSC will be temporarily closed and designated as a temporary office for OCIO from 22 Jan to 14 Mar 2025 tentatively.  During this closure, the Floating Staff Rooms at Room 101 and the lower floor of Room 108 are available for staff’ use.
