Dear Students & Colleagues,

We are pleased to inform you that the Transport Department has approved the extension of KMB Bus Routes 263C and 265S to the EdUHK with effect from 30 September 2024 (Monday) as follows:

1. Bus Route 263C

Tuen Mun to the EdUHK                at 7:15 am & 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday) &

the EdUHK to Tuen Mun                at 6:35 am & 5:50 pm (Monday to Friday)

2. Bus Route 265S

Tin Shui Wai to the EdUHK           at 6:40 am, 7:15 am (Monday to Saturday) & 7:25 am (via Yuen Long, Monday to Friday Only)

The boarding points of the various KMB routes are shown in the attached.

Further expansion of the EdUHK’s public transport network as well as enhancement of the service frequency to and from the EdUHK would not be possible without your full support of these newly added services, subject to the approval from Transport Department.

Please note that a KMB fare saver is located at G/F of Block B1 for our campus users.  Passengers with adult or student Octopus cards may enjoy a $2.0 discount on the subsequent KMB ride or a total of $4.0 if they have earlier on the same day ridden another KMB service prior to tapping their Octopus cards at the fare saver.  Please refer to the KMB website for details of Fare Saver (https://www.kmb.hk/fs_details.html).

茲收到運輸處通知，已批准九巴263C及265S路線將於2024年9月30日（星期一）開始延伸至香港教育大學，詳情如下:

1. 263C 路線

由屯門開出:          早上7:15及下午6:00 (星期一至五)

由教大開出:          早上6:35 及下午5:50 (星期一至五)

2. 265S路線

由天水圍開出:      早上6:40及7:15 (星期一至六) 及早上7:25 (途過元朗，星期一至五)

九巴各路線之候車位置請閱附件。有關新路線之詳情可參閱九巴網站www.kmb.com.hk/ 或App 1933，而 閣下的支持將助教大爭取公共交通網絡之擴展及班次服務之改善。

另外，大學B1座地下亦有設置九巴「大專優惠站: 先搭後拍」。凡以成人或學生八達通於「優惠站」拍卡後乘搭九巴，該程可獲$2.0之車費減免；如拍卡前當天已乘搭另一程九巴，第二程將可共獲$4.0之減免。「優惠站」條款詳情可參閱九巴網站https://www.kmb.hk/fs_details.html 。
