As informed by the appointed contractor of the Housing Authority’s project on 15 January 2025, the foundation and piling works at Yau Yue Wan Village Road of Tseung Kwan O will be commenced from 16 January 2025 to mid-July 2026.  The construction works will be carried out daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm except on Sundays and Public Holidays.  As the works site is nearby TKO Study Centre, it is expected that some construction noises might be heard intermittently throughout the abovementioned period.
