Campus Access for On-Campus Group Activities/Events Involving External Visitors) 參與校內團體活動之受邀訪客/外來參加者之入校管理

Dear Colleagues,

Further to our earlier email on 26 March 2025, we would like to introduce additional campus access requirements for group activities/events involving visitors/external participants as a risk management measure to safeguard the University security and to prevent any improper commercial, political, dangerous/disturbing behavior which may bring undesirable consequences to the University.

With immediate effect, the event hosting department shall notify EO (
wmeo@eduhk.hk) to facilitate campus access for invited visitors under the following scenarios:

Please note that no splitting of a large activity/event into smaller activities or submissions will be accepted.  Failing to observe the above will render the campus access denied.

 

To facilitate the efficient implementation of the new campus access arrangement, electronic submission/notification or the use of QR code by the visitors at the entrance check are being considered and will be rolled out as soon as practicable.

就本處2025326日發出的電郵,本處對參與校內之團體活動之受邀訪客或外來參與者進入校園時引入新措施,以達致風險管理,維護大學安全及防範任何涉及商業、政治、危險及滋擾性之不當行為,可能對大學構成負面影響。

由即日起,主辦部門單位對上述之團體活動,須按以下不同情景通報物業處(wmeo@eduhk.hk):

為協助新措施更有效執行,校方現正積極研究推行網上通報方式及/或使用二維碼(QR Code)供受邀訪客進入校園時使用。
