Distinguished Lecture: Mr Dominique de Villepin on the Napoléonic Legend
Mr Dominique de Villepin, a former French Prime Minister and a historian famous for his award-winning book on Napoléonic studies, gave a lecture today (23 October) on the campus of The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK).
The Distinguished Lecture is jointly organised by The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) and the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau, and supported by The Academy of Hong Kong Studies and the Faculty of Humanities at EdUHK. It is organised as part of the French Consulate’s campaign to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the birth of Napoléon.
Dr Alex He Named to Regional Policy Research Consortium
In July 2019, Dr Alex He Jingwei, Associate Professor at the Department of Asian and Policy Studies, The Education University of Hong Kong, was selected as a core member of the consortium of The Asia-Pacific Observatory on Health Systems and Policies (APO) of the World Health Organization (WHO), which comprises leading scholars from Hong Kong, India, and the mainland.
