Introduction

Aims and Outcomes	The minor aims to broaden students’ understanding of teaching Chinese to non-native Chinese speakers (either in Cantonese or Putonghua). Students taking this minor will acquire professional competence and knowledge of teaching Chinese as an international language (CIL) in the global and local contexts including local and international schools in Hong Kong. 本副修旨在拓寬學生對以廣東話或普通話教授非華語人士中文的認識。通過修讀本副修，學生將促進國際漢語教學的專業知識和能力，以勝任於本地及外地等包括國際學校的中文教學工作。
