社區夥伴及參與
支援少數族裔學童中文學習
少數族裔學童能否融入主流學校教育，其中文能力 無疑至為重要。本校聯同香港大學、香港理工大學、 香港基督教服務處與香港聖公會麥理浩夫人中心， 開 展 名 為「 賽 馬 會 友 趣 學 中 文 」計 劃 2，協 助 非 華 語 幼稚園學生順利銜接小學教育。
承蒙馬會慈善基金捐助，本校得以推展是項為期五 年之計劃，協助幼稚園營造文化回應及高效教學氛 圍，促進非華語幼兒的中文學習效益。教大的研究 領域廣及兒童發展、課程與教學法、教育心理、多元 文化教育、學校領導及語文教育等專業，同儕以其研 究成果，對計劃貢獻良多，尤其在提升本地幼稚園 的專業實踐及家長支援兩方面。

Chinese Language Support for Ethnic Minorities
It has been recognised that Chinese language pro ciency is the key to the integration of ethnic minorities (EM) into the mainstream school system.
To help non-Chinese-speaking kindergarten students prepare for a smooth transition to primary schools, the University has kicked off the “C-for- Chinese@JC” project2 jointly with The University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Christian Service, and the HKSKH Lady MacLehose Centre.
