Step 5:

Carry Out the Plan

5.1 What does it mean?

Do what you say you are going to do in your Plan. Lay out the actions you intend
to take.

You can vary your actions if the need arises.

5.2 Hints

> Keep a diary or a journal of all that is done and of the evidence
collected.

> Collect comments and opinions from others (staff, parents, and so
forth) as evidence that can be referred to later.

> Take photos to illustrate your report.

> Collect work samples or copies of early documents, as appropriate.

> Don’t wait until the end of the project to put together your evidence.

> Talk about what you are doing with others and regularly monitor
your progress.

5.3 Important reminder

> The whole process of inquiry for the Agency Project should not take
much longer than three to four months, and shorter is certainly
possible.
