Evidenced-based practice means that before taking action, the leader gathers
               information about the inquiry.  In real leadership situations it is often referred
               to simply as ‘doing your homework’, it recognises that flying by the seat of your
               pants can sometimes work, but more often leadership that is backed by research
               is more effective.






























                    Leaders make shared decisions based on a

                    combination of  their individual experience and
                    professional intuition framed by mutual agreed
                    evidence.
