Shadow Learning
Learning Square members spend a total of one full day together
‘shadowing’ their Sponsor and/or colleagues. The day can be taken
either as one full-day block, two half-day slots, or in any other
configuration. Sponsors know ways to make shadowing an effective
learning tool.
The Sponsor ensures the shadowing is properly set up and fully briefs
the Beginning Principal(s). Shadowing can involve classroom
observation or participation in other school events. Further
information about shadowing will be provided.
