Celebration
At the completion of the programme all Beginning Principals and their
Sponsors will get-together to celebrate involvement in the programme
and to symbolize the evolution of Beginning Principals into Serving
Principals. A final sharing session will be held and certificates
awarded. The Forum will also incorporate a Stimulus Talk. The
celebratory meeting will explain ways in which all principals can
‘maintain the passion’ – or turn their initial learning partnerships into
something more lasting which will spread to other principals.
