Live-in-Learning and Innovation Showcase
This is a live-in residential experience that brings together the entire
group for two-days and one-night. It is scheduled during the first
half of the programme. Learning Squares will work together during
this period and also interact with colleagues in larger groups.
It will incorporate one Stimulus Talk and a Learning Square Meeting.
Some of the activities, which form Live-in-Learning, use evidence and
perceptions collected by Beginning Principals after the first Stimulus
Meeting.
The Live-in-Learning will also include an Innovation Showcase. During
this session Sponsors will share some of the innovative things they are
doing in their schools. This will be done in a relaxed, informal
environment
Beginning Principals are expected to complete Exploration tasks before
the Live-in-Learning residential. Details on these will be provided closer
to the date.
The format and content of the Live-in-Learning will be determined by
the needs of the Beginning Principals with guidance from EDB. More
detailed information about the Live-in-Learning will be provided closer
to the date.
