Certificate of Participation

Minimum Entry Requirements
Participants must be BPs in their first three years in post. This group
may include people who have become principals for the first time,
principals who have left and then returned to service, or principals
recently appointed to larger schools or schools in very different
contexts. The Education Bureau (EDB) is responsible for
recommending principals to the programme but involvement is on a
voluntary basis.

Attendance Requirements
● Attend the Purpose and Commitment;
● Attend at least 40% of the Stimulus Series
(i.e. two out of five meetings);
● Attend the Live-in-Learning;
● Attend the Showcase Forum;
● Attend the Celebration;
● Participate in at least 80% of self-scheduled Learning Square
Meetings (a minimum of four meetings);
● Complete the Shadow Learning requirements.

Submission Requirements
● Complete all Exploration Tasks
● Give very short innovation presentations to LS members and to
members of other clusters at Showcase Forum;

● Keep an accurate ‘learning log’ of their own and their Learning
Squares involvement in blue skies.

Formal Award
● Information on the availability of a formal award will be
distributed during the programme.
