Tang Jianjing Janice is a Ph.D. student of the Department of Education Policy and
Leadership at The Education University of Hong Kong. She majored in Early
Childhood Education in undergraduate while she engaged in Higher Education in
master studies. Her research interests include middle leadership, instructional
leadership and educational reform in China.
