Professor Emeritus Dato’ Dr. Ibrahim Ahmad Bajunid is the President of the
Malaysian Association for Education (MAE), Malaysian Council for Educational
Management and Leadership, and Director of IAB Global (Inspiring Authentic
Benevolence). He was the Deputy Vice Chancellor INTI-Laureate International
Universities and Professor of Management, Education and the Social Sciences. Dr.
Ibrahim was Director of the Regional Centre for Educational Planning, United Arab
Emirates, Professor of Management, Leadership and Policy Studies and the
Founding Dean, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at University Tun Abdul
Razak (UNITAR) and former Director of Institut Aminuddin Baki (IAB) - The
National Institute of Educational Management and Leadership. He taught across
all the levels of education, primary and secondary schools, teachers’ colleges,
training institutions and universities. He was a trade union leader and leader of
several Professional Organizations. He is an Auditor for the Malaysian
Qualifications Agency. He has written over 700 articles in newspapers, and
journals as well as book chapters. His writing contributions encompass,
educational thought, life long, life wide and perpetual learning, family and societal
development, character development and integrity, high order cognitive
