Dr Hoang Thi Kim Hue is Head of the Department of School Management in
Faculty of Education Management at Hanoi National University of Education. Dr
Hue obtained her PhD from the Hanoi National University of Education. Her
research interests focus on the leadership and management of higher
education, and also teaching and learning management/ instructional leadership
of K-12 Schools.
