Dr Szeto Sing Ying Elson

Elson is Assistant Professor in Department of Education Policy and Leadership, and
Research Fellow in the Asian Pacific Centre for Leadership and Change at the
Education University of Hong Kong. He has participated in the International School
Leadership Development Network (ISLDN), an international research
collaboration, jointly sponsored by the University Council for Educational
Administration (UCEA) and the British Educational Leadership, Management and
Administration Society (BELMAS), which involves researchers and schools from 30
countries. His research interests include educational leadership, leadership
preparation and teacher development, and education policy and change.
