Reservation

In order to enjoy this special offer, please make your reservation as soon as possible by:
	filling in the hotel reservation form, and

Remarks

One night room rental will be charged if cancellation cannot be notified by writing to the hotel at least 14 days prior to due arrival date.

Lunch coupons for 8 and 9 December 2009 will be provided to registered participants upon their registration at the Conference.

Special meals (including Muslim meals, strict vegetarian and non strict vegetarian meals) are available but must be pre-ordered. Please make your requests when you register for the conference, and any final requests must be made before 30 October 2009.

Refreshments will be provided to all participants during tea breaks.

There are a number of shops and facilities within the HKIEd campus. You may choose to visit:
The CoveView (a canteen on the Podium, Block C, HKIEd)
The Coffee Corner (on the G/F, Block B4, HKIEd)
7-11 Convenience Store (on the Podium, Block C, HKIEd)

Conference dinner will also be arranged on 8 December 2009 for the participants to build up network and have a relaxing gathering.
