An internship is a critical transition period for students to change their roles and connect with society. This is also a meaningful way to clarify career planning, explore employment paths, and improve professionalism. Today, we invited three students who were interns in the Legislative Council Members’ Offices to share their internship work and experience. Let’s hear what they say!

Congratulation to Dr ZHU Yuefeng Alex for being awarded a Public Policy Research (PPR) grant for his project, Promoting retirement financial planning activities and retirement savings outcomes of working adults in Hong Kong: A three component intervention.
Congratulations to Business Studies Team, led by Prof Christina Yu, with members including Dr Tan Weiqiang, Dr Eddie Cheng, Dr Amanda Chu, Dr Eric Law and Dr Vincent Cheng, has been awarded the Faculty Teaching Award 2022/23 (Group Award) of FLASS. This award recognizes their excellence in teaching, dedication and hard work in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for their students.

Congratulation to Professor CHOU Kee Lee for getting a GRF award 2023. His project, Identification of an Effective Two-stage Adaptive Intervention for Reducing Loneliness among Hong Kong Chinese Older Adults, is also the only project out of EdU’s 37 successful projects, which scored 5 marks!

由香港教育大學 個人理財教育文學碩士課程 (MAPFE)的五名學生組成的「財思錢擁」團隊於2023年6月3日榮獲香港「個人理財大使計畫2022/23」銅獎。
「個人理財大使計畫2022/23」由香港交易所慈善基金、香港投資者及理財教育委員會（投委會）及聖雅各福群會聯合舉辦。參賽學生隊伍需自主設計並執行理財教育計畫。
本屆「個人理財大使計畫」的主題為「理財Tech攻略」。作為香港教育大學的校園理財大使，「財思錢擁」團隊線上上和線下開展了豐富多彩的理財教育活動，如「元宇宙理財知識學習社區」、Instagram科技理財知識專頁、科技理財專題講座、攤位理財知識競答遊戲、理財桌遊等。
「財思錢擁」的系列活動吸引了約500名教大學生參與。其中，有45名教大學生參與了科技理財專題講座，體驗由「財思錢擁」團隊設計的元宇宙理財知識學習社區。「元宇宙社區」融合金融知識和教育科技，提升了活動的趣味性，並讓同學可以隨時隨地學習理財知識。
在「財思錢擁」團隊的引導下，教大學生瞭解了「科技+」理財工具的特性，對科技理財的認識和運用技巧逐步深化。參與者同時也認識了自身的財務狀況及理財風險承受能力，學會善用理財科技，提升理財素養。

山東省教育廳國際教育處王夫海處長、山東省人才集團國際教育交流中心劉含主任、張涵副主任及香港辦事處宮政主任，於二零二三年六月十五日到訪香港教育大學亞洲及政策研究學系，了解學系最新發展及探討合作空間。
王處長表示期盼港魯兩地師生互訪並交流合作。
