Users of lockers must observe the Regulations Governing the Use of Student Locker. Breaching any of the Regulations Governing the Use of Student Locker will result in the termination of users’ eligibility.

Some important points are extracted from the said regulations:

• Successful applicants can use their assigned lockers within the specified period (see the section "Clearance Deadline").
• All lockers are not transferable.
• No stickers or pictures are allowed to adhere to the locker surface.
• Any lockers found not being utilised will be recalled and reassigned to other students in need.
• All users of student lockers are required to clear the lockers by the locker clearance deadline specified by the SAO (see the section "Clearance Deadline"). The SAO reserves the right to cut any padlock(s), open any locker(s) and remove any item(s) found therein after the deadline. An administrative fee of HK$100 would be charged if the users would like to claim the item(s) cleared from the locker and kept by the SAO within the specified period. However, it is NOT guaranteed that the SAO will keep items cleared from the locker.
• Any unauthorised use of student lockers is strictly forbidden. The SAO shall have the authority to cut the padlock, open such lockers and dispose of all properties found therein at any time without prior notification. An administrative fee of HK$100 would be charged if the students concerned would like to claim the items cleared from the locker and kept by the SAO within the specified period. However, it is NOT guaranteed that the SAO will keep items cleared from the locker.
• No valuables or money should be stored in the lockers.
