Principalship Course for Aspiring Principals
• 8 cohorts for 215 principals of secondary, primary and special education schools


Coordinated by the Department of Educational Policy and Administration, the Course is tailored for the needs of aspiring principals in six core leadership areas: Strategic Direction and Policy Environment; School-based Curriculum Planning, Design and Implementation; Teacher Supervision and Development; School Financial Management; School Self-evaluation; as well as Building Home, School and Community Partnership.

Through these courses, potential principals can establish a network to advance support, facilitate experience exchange and promote continuous learning, helping them to take up their role as principals.
