1The registration fees cover participants to attend 1) Day 1-2 programmes in person at EdUHK, and 2) Day 3 programmes (held at SUSTech) either in person at SUSTech or watch livestreaming at EdUHK. Participants are responsible for any costs associated with attending Day 3 programmes at SUSTech, such as transportation, accommodation, visa and other relevant expenses. You will be asked to indicate your mode of attendance for Day 3 in the conference registration form.
2The registration fees cover non-paper presenter teachers from K-12 schools attending either Day 1 or Day 2 of the conference at EdUHK. Teachers wishing to attending full conference are encouraged to register under the “Teacher from K-12 Schools” category.

Notes:
a. All fees are in HK dollars and non-refundable.
b. At least ONE author of accepted paper should complete the registration to ensure your paper can be included in conference proceedings. One author can register for at most TWO papers of CTE-STEM 2025.
c. Participation is not guaranteed until the full payment of the registration fee is received.
