All submissions will be reviewed anonymously by at least three International Programme Committee (IPC) Members and the Co-Chairs.

Submission Guidelines

  • Please submit your manuscript via EasyChair for CTE-STEM 2025 as a single MS Word file with authors’ name, affiliation and email address that is editable for Secretariat’s format check.
  • After checking the format and paper length, the Secretariat will upload the manuscript with authors’ identities removed in PDF format for IPC review.
  • Before submitting your manuscript, please give your manuscript a final read-through to ensure it fulfills the format and paper-length required by CTE-STEM 2025.

  • Paper Language: English or Chinese
    • (For Chinese papers, please include a new page with English title, abstract and keywords after the reference page.)
  • Paper length (including references): Full paper - 5 to 6 pages; Short paper - 3 to 4 pages; Poster - 2 pages.
  • To standardise the information, please input author’s information and submission details on EasyChair in ENGLISH.
