Project Objectives |
The project aims to enhance teachers’ and students’ understanding of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) by organizing a series of activities related to ICH. It seeks to increase schools’ capability to promote ICH education. By supporting schools in establishing diverse ICH education curricula and experiential learning activities, the project encourages primary and secondary students to actively understand the connection between ICH, society, and the world. The activities aim to help students understand and master ICH skills, strengthen their sense of identity, and broaden their horizons, thus promoting local ICH culture within and outside the school. Additionally, the project aims to foster the integration of traditional and contemporary culture, allowing students to experience and inherit traditional culture within modern education, achieving the dual goals of cultural preservation and innovation. |
