This project provides a comprehensive study of current theories and applied research in middle leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurialism. It reveals practices and principles of organisational restructuring, organisational development, and innovation, presenting strategies for supporting entrepreneurialism in educational organisations (edupreneurialism).

The project addresses the notion of the 3Cs qualities introduced by Po Chung, whereby entrepreneurs need to be aware of and fluent in the subject of the 3Cs (competence, character and care) in order to become great service leaders. Another notion the project addresses is innovation for continuous improvement, whereby successful educational organisations identify creative strategies to meet organisational goals. Participants will analyse organisations to understand the factors facilitating and prohibiting change and will examine culturally specific perspectives towards organisational change to a better understanding of innovation and change in the East Asian context. Participants will go through an entrepreneurial journey by analysing systemic changes and working in a team setting to identify entrepreneurial solutions to deal with such changes.
