Expectations

In return for the Sponsors’ commitment,
blue skies BPs are expected to:

1. Attend the Purpose and Commitment.

2. Formally commit to blue skies
Programme.

3. Attend the Stimulus Series and the Learning Square Meetings.
4. Attend the blue skies Live-in-Learning and Showcase Forum.

5. Complete all Exploration Tasks.

6. Spend a minimum of one day shadowing their Sponsor
(or similar arrangement).
7. Keep in frequent contact by telephone or email to discuss
issues or problems raised by Sponsors or other Learning
Square members.
8. Adopt a proactive approach to learning within the Learning
Square and supporting fellow Beginning Principals.

9. Attend the Celebration at the end of the Programme.
