Fong-Yee Nyeu is Dean of International and Cross-Strait affairs at University of
Kang Ning in Taiwan, where she is in charge of the university’s international
cooperation and exchange. She is assistant professor at the Department of
Business Administration at University of Kang Ning and adjunct faculty member at
the Graduate Institute of Educational Policy and Leadership at Tamkang University.
She is also the co-founder of EON Education Center in Israel. She received her
doctoral degree from Teachers College, Columbia University and a master’s
degree from Harvard University. Her research interests are leadership, educational
change, and the economics and finance of education. Her recent work involves
principal leadership and innovation and entrepreneurship in education.
