Peiying Chen is the Professor in Graduate Institute of Policy & Administration at
National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). She specializes in research on school
improvement, school leadership, PLCs & NLCs, and gender & education. Her work
has been published in School Effectiveness and School Improvement, Educational
Review, School Leadership and Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Education,
Compare, and domestic journals. She is currently leading the national school
improvement programme called School Actualization Programme (SAP). She is
also the main developer of PLCs and NLCs workshops for building school leaders
and teachers’ capacity for change.
