The Prize Presentation Ceremony of “STEAM Education: 3D Chinese Cultural Architecture Design Competition” will be held on Saturday, 29th of September, 2018.
All contestants who applied to the Competition and with successful entry submission will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Time: 13:30 - 15:30
Venue: Lady Ivy Wu Lecture Theatre (D1-LP-04), The Education University of Hong Kong Tai Po Campus, 10 Lo Ping Road, Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong
*Free bus service will be provided by the organiser at 1:00pm at MTR University Station Exit B.

The Prize Presentation Ceremony of “STEAM Education: 3D Chinese Cultural Architecture Design Competition” will be held on Saturday, 29th of September, 2018.

The details for the 2nd phase are as follows:
1) Prize
The teams selected for the 2nd phase of the Competition must get a prize and a certificate of participation.
2) HK$1000 Sponsorship for 3D Model Production
The teams selected for the 2nd phase of the competition will receive up to a maximum of HK$1000 sponsorship to cover the production cost of the 3D model
including the cost of printing materials, painting and installation. Original receipt(s) should be submitted together with the 3D model in the 2nd phase for reimbursement.
3) The submission for the 2nd phase
Submission Period of the second phase entries: 13 - 17th August 2018，The arrangement of submission will be announced in due course.
Selected entries need to submit a video (within 3 minutes) to introduce the design and the idea behind its production, and show the learning process of STEAM education.
The final model should be 3D-printed, assembled, colored and optimized, and then fixed on a wooden or plastic board for submission.

A) Extension of Deadline
In order to let students have more time to produce the best design, the deadline of the 1st phase submission is extended to 20 April, 2018 (Friday). Each team needs to upload the draft of design and idea as a presentation file (.ppt/.pptx) to the online application form。
B) HK$1000 Sponsorship for 3D Model Production
The teams selected for the 2nd phase of the competition will receive up to a maximum of HK$1000 sponsorship to cover the production cost of the 3D model including the cost of printing materials, painting and installation. Original receipt(s) should be submitted together with the 3D model in the 2nd phase for reimbursement.
