The Expert Seminar will be held prior to the main conference on 28 November 2007. It is a seminar for leading scholars in the field from different countries to share their most recent research and development on Lesson Studies. Participants will also discuss the implications and the applications of this professional development model in enhancing teaching and learning. The attendance at the seminar is by invitation only.

We are delighted to have invited the distinguished scholar, Professor Colin Marsh, to be the chair in the Expert Seminar.

Professor Colin Marsh is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Education, Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia. He has had wide university experience in teacher education, teaching curriculum and teaching topics. His extensive number of publications includes 35 books and over 50 papers.
