「手沖咖啡」是將熱水透過濾紙、濾杯,從咖啡粉萃取出咖啡液的咖啡沖泡方式。手沖咖啡是咖啡愛好者和專業咖啡師喜愛的沖煮方法,更能品味到咖啡的細微差異。
這次工作坊,專業咖啡師Danny,將教授基本手沖咖啡技巧,讓同學即場體驗手沖咖啡的樂趣。

GAAFESI COFFEE TRAINING STUDIO創辦人,擁有SCA 感官及烘焙專業咖啡資格證書,2019年任世界咖啡拉花大賽及世界咖啡師大賽香港區Technical Judge。Danny擁有多年管理精品咖啡店經驗,曾從事咖啡飲品顧問及咖啡品質監控工作,擅長咖啡相關咖啡教學。擁有豐富咖啡教育訓練經驗。
Hand brew coffee, also known as manual brewing or pour-over coffee, is a method of making coffee that involves manually pouring hot water over coffee grounds to extract the desired flavors and aromas. It is a more hands-on and precise approach compared to using automated coffee machines.
In this workshop, professional barista Danny will teach us the technique of hand brew coffee and bring us a journey of taste in the coffee world.
