Hand brew coffee, also known as manual brewing or pour-over coffee, is a method of making coffee that involves manually pouring hot water over coffee grounds to extract the desired flavors and aromas. It is a more hands-on and precise approach compared to using automated coffee machines.
In this workshop, professional barista Danny will teach us the technique of hand brew coffee and bring us a journey of taste in the coffee world.
