Student Emotional State Self-assessment

Every year, the Counselling Services launch a campus-wide Student Emotional State Self-assessment to gain a better understanding of students’ psychological health and to invite those in need to meet with Counsellors.

This assessment is designed with two assessment tools: the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21) and the Sleep Condition Indicator (SCI). This self-test aims to evaluate students’ levels of negative mood and stress, as well as to measure sleep problems, which are known risk factors for depression.

Students are encouraged to log in with their EdUHK account to complete the assessment here and gain insights into their recent emotional state.
