#The application form, samples of consent forms and information sheets are provided for undergraduate students (BSocSc(PSY) and BEd) with PS staff as supervisors. For students of other programmes, please contact your own Departments on where to download the ethics forms.
For taught postgraduate students (i.e. MAPPE, MSocScP(SCS) and MEd) with PS staff as supervisors, please visit https://www.eduhk.hk/fehd/en/research.php?s=doctoral_resources. Taught postgraduate research ethics application should be submitted to the Faculty Human Research Ethics Committee (FHREC) at fhrec@eduhk.hk.
