- Developing a Stress management and Mindfulness Skills resources kit to enhance students learning
The objective of the project is to develop a Stress Management and Mindfulness Skills Resource Kit to help students learn more about mindfulness skills, collaborate with Udayana University, and prepare students to understand global perspectives in both local and international contexts. The Stress Management and Mindfulness Skills Resource Kit includes a set of e-cards, an e-book and a webpage, to help students understand mindfulness and stress relaxation skills. The message from mindfulness e-cards is an effective way to incorporate a positive theme into everyone’s life each day to uplift and empower the spirit. With the developing of an e-book as a learning resource, students can find specific information in the e-book easily, and engage with the content.
