Registration Information

Deadline for Regular Registration: 27 May 2004

All conference participants are required to pre-register by completing the Registration Form together with a 25mm x 38mm recent photo and FULL registration fee returning it to the Secretary General of ICPE by 27 May 2004. The photo is for making of Conference badge. Pre-registration by fax or e-mail is accepted only upon receipt of the mail copy of the Registration Form by the designated closing dates.

The conference fee includes progamme, abstract book, souvenir, conference bag and kit.

Cancellation/ Refunds

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Secretary General. A cancellation fee of HK$100 applies. No refund will be entertained after 1 June, 2004.

The Registration Form together with FULL payment must be received by 27 May 2004
