We are pleased to announce that an EPL collaborative research project, led by Dr. Soobin Choi, has been published in the esteemed journal Educational Management Administration & Leadership. This study rigorously investigates the joint effects of principals’ and teachers’ perceptions of instructional leadership on enhancing teacher collaboration in Hong Kong schools. The research forms part of the Research Programs Support Scheme funded by EPL, with a focus on Leadership, School Improvement, and Change.
